(920) 733-1307 church.office@stjohn-appleton.org Weekly Worship: Sundays 8 am & 10:00 am Mondays 6:30 pm

This last weekend in church we joined to sing Psalm 65 which included the following statements:

“You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance. The grasslands of the desert overflow; the hills are clothed with gladness. The meadows are covered with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain; they shout for joy and sing.”

Come, let us sing joyfully to the LORD. Let us give a loud shout to the Rock who saves us. Let us approach his presence with thanksgiving. With music we will shout to him. (Psalm 95:1–2)

The goal is that we would no longer be little children, tossed by the waves and blown around by every wind of teaching, when people use tricks and invent clever ways to lead us astray. (Ephesians 4:14– EHV)

Be gracious to me, God, according to your mercy. Erase my acts of rebellion according to the greatness of your compassion. Scrub me clean from my guilt. Purify me from my sin. (Psalm 51:1-2)
